Director of Strategic Account Management $100/hr

Job Description

The Director of Strategic Account Management is the face of the company to our largest and most strategic customers.  The Director of Strategic Account Management must be able to develop close relationships with the senior executives of our customers to establish an open and trustworthy engagement.  These customers, however, are demanding and the Director must be able to effectively manage CEO-level relationships.  The Director manages a team of Account Managers that work with the hiring managers of our large customers to assemble and hire cloud Crossover teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage Crossover’s largest and most strategic customers to fill their team hiring needs

  • Develop close relationships with key client executives

  • Provide executive-level updates on status of hiring within our customers

  • Manage 4 direct reports in a metrics-driven culture of continuous improvement

  • Internal cross-team relationship management

  • Daily virtual conferencing with both clients and internal groups

  • De-escalating client issues

  • Data tracking in Google Suites

  • Daily metric and hire reporting

  • Weekly manager progress reports

  • Weekly CEO check-ins

  • Drive automation initiatives

  • Onboard and train new team members

  • Troubleshooting internal processes and organizing process improvements

 

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Management Consulting, Sales, or relevant field

  • 5+ years in management

  • 5+ years in strategic account management

  • Extensive experience growing existing accounts

  • Fluent and impeccable English

  • Expert in Google Suites: Sheets, Docs, Presentations, Drive, Calendar

  • Experience in recruiting and staff augmentation

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven history of outperforming sales targets

  • Growth mentality

  • Technically savvy
     

  

Total Compensation: $200,000/year ($100/hour)

Location: Global (remote)

Hours: 40 productive hours/week
