FMCG Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• Accountable for the profitable achievement of the Company’s Sales objectives.
• Managing and running an efficient operation, including supervising, coaching, and motivating the teams.
• Building and maintaining excellent relations with key retailers and ensuring customers’ expectations are met.
• Direct and supports implementation of company initiatives, marketing plans and special deals.
• Identifying new business opportunities and increasing retailers’ base.
• Monitoring product sell-out and movement to ensure efficient liquidation of orders.
• Coordination with the warehouse to ensure proper stock management.
 

Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Supervision in the FMCG business -


• A proven track record in Sales and experience in managing a team of sales executives and Merchandisers. 
• In-depth ability to work in a fast paced dynamic and highly competitive sales environment.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to ‘close the deal’ and determination to research and identify new business opportunities. 
• Confident with excellent communication and analytical skills to maximize opportunities.
• Result oriented with strong drive to make it happen
